About the event

We're celebrating Mexican Independence Day! Join chefs Jackie & Oscar as they walk you through a culinary journey on our unique chef's table dining experience featuring Aztec and Mayan influenced Mexican dishes.

 

Select between our Omnitarian® or Vegetarian menus (TBA). 

Our virtual event will take place at 5:30 pm and in person event will be held at 8:45 pm

Our in-person event will be held at the NutriFit/Txoko USA private dining room in west LA. Attendees will be seated and waited upon for all courses while Jackie and Oscar walk you through each course and live-stream for our virtual attendees.

 

Virtual attendees will receive their kits delivered the morning of September 30th . Tickets begin at $84.95/person for our local delivery area (Los Angeles/Orange Counties) and former attendees will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets with a special, loyalty discount. Nationwide shipping is also available. Add our beverage pairing option of three (3 oz) rare, highly rated wines - selected exclusively by Chef Oscar (also an internationally recognized “nose” and Level II Sommelier) for only $20 more per ticket. Not a wine drinker? Enjoy three (3 oz) custom-made mocktails, designed to complement the meal.

Fourth Course: Mole Chicken in clear potato loaf with Star Anise and citrus-pickled red onions

Fifth Course: Filet Mignon in Cherry Port, Parsnip Puree, pickled fennel and grano Antiguos

Sixth Course: Grilled Corn Cakes w/Strawberries and burnt Cajeta cream

Seventh Course: Mamey Brûlée Tarte

Eighth Course: Mexican Chocolate Mousse w/Proscecco grapes
