GUIDED TASTING EXPERIENCES

Celebrate, travel, and enjoy extraordinary menus and totally unique fine dining with our signature Txoko virtual experience. Our custom-designed meals are based on a central theme, embodied in up to nine unique and hand-crafted dishes, accompanied by your choice of three Sommelier-picked 3 oz. wine samples or custom-made mocktails. Choose between an Omnitarian® or Vegetarian meal to suit your preferences. Each experience is delivered FRESH to your door or designated destination, and includes a formal printed menu and tasting guide, eco-friendly plate, votive candle and specialized herb-floral container that is hand-picked to enhance your tasting experience. Simply follow the tasting instructions included in the kit, log-on at the time of your experience, and enjoy your guided experience accompanied by a lively and interactive presentation led by co-founder Jackie Keller and Executive Sous Chef, Oscar Gonzalez (a Michelin Star Chef and level II Sommelier).

HORS D'OEUVRES & WINE TASTING

Our Hors D'Oeuvres & Wine tasting event includes 5 hors d'oeuvres and three, 3 oz. wine samples that can be shipped anywhere in the US. During the tasting experience, you'll enjoy a lively and interactive presentation led by co-founder Jackie Keller and Executive Sous Chef, Oscar Gonzalez (a Michelin Star Chef and level II Sommelier)

TRUFFLES & WINE OR TEA TASTING

Our Truffle with Wine (or Tea) tasting kits features six delicate, handmade truffles, expertly paired with three panna cotta sauces and three curated teas or wine. This experience will highlight the history of these light confectionaries and showcase the combination of flavor, texture, and organic ingredients.

How it Works

Contact us for date availability and more information. 

 

We can schedule events at any time from Tuesdays - Fridays. 

We're happy to answer any questions you have.

Select an event type - we'll work with you on creating the perfect menu. 

Our menus feature organic, fresh produce and premium quality ingredients. 

We may be able to accommodate specialized menus and food allergies upon request.

Once the date and menu is decided upon, we'll finalize payment method. 

We can set up an event page via Eventbrite for participants to pay individually or payment can be made in full via credit credit. 

We'll also send a spreadsheet you can use to collect participant information and return to us.

Event day! We'll deliver each participant's meals the day of the event. 

Delivery method will vary based on location. 

Each tasting kit will arrive with a printed instruction set and menu.

 

During the tasting, we'll guide participants through the re-heating process for each course (if needed).
