Chef's Table Tasting Experience - World Honey Bee Day

We're celebrating the end of summer with a focus on nature's greatest pollinators. Join chefs Jackie & Oscar as they walk you through a culinary journey on our unique chef's table tasting experience. 

Select between our Omnitarian® or Vegetarian menus (TBA). Our in-person event willbe held at the NutriFit/Txoko USA private dining room in west LA. Attendees will be seated and waited upon for all courses while Jackie and Oscar walk you through each course and live-stream for our virtual attendees.

Virtual attendees will receive their kits delivered the morning of August 19th . Tickets begin at $84.95/person for our local delivery area (Los Angeles/Orange Counties) and former attendees will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets with a special, loyalty discount. Nationwide shipping is also available. Add our beverage pairing option of three (3 oz) rare, highly rated wines - selected exclusively by Chef Oscar (also an internationally recognized “nose” and Level II Sommelier) for only $20 more per ticket. Not a wine drinker? Enjoy three (3 oz) custom-made mocktails, designed to complement the meal.

1. Lobby salad, with mesa lettuces, tomato concasse, basil and layered crouton "soil"

2. Burrata with toasted cashews, cucumber, grapes, Castelvetrano olives and tarragon

3. Pecan-herb crusted cauliflower steak with wilted baby Lacinato kale and orange pomegranate sauce

4. Potato spirelli vegan shrimp crostini, with pesto and bruschetta

5. Torched Pacific sea bass ceviche with coconut, avocado, mango, black sesame, chili and roasted pine nuts

6. Pan roasted Filet Mignon with blackberry demi glace, roasted Harissa brussels sprouts, potato puree and sauté pearl onions

7. Avocado and honey nitro  ice cream with chocolate honeycomb

8. Berry chocolate tree tartlette
