Dawn til Dusk is a 10-course Chef’s Table designed to feel both grounded and elevated—where each course reflects a thoughtful balance of simplicity, creativity, and care.
This is not a fixed menu revealed in advance, but rather an experience that unfolds course by course—guided by what is freshest, most vibrant, and most compelling in the moment. The pacing is intentional, inviting you to slow down, engage, and savor not only the food, but the conversation and connection that naturally emerge around the table.
With just 14 guests, the setting remains intimate by design. Some arrive with friends, others on their own—but by the end of the evening, the table finds its rhythm, and something more meaningful takes shape.
