About the Event

We're showcasing the cuisines of South Africa & Australia with an unforgettable menu and unique culinary event. 

Take a trip to the most delectable and distinctive destinations of the world through your sense of taste, sight & smell! Although we may not be able to physically travel to these exciting vacation havens right now, we want to transport you with an unforgettable experience including food and wine to the most alluring places in the world.

We will create an experience to remember over the course of the time we spend together by combining our collective experience with you. Select between our Omnitarian® or Vegetarian tasting menus.

Tasting kits will be delivered to your door the morning of June 25th . Tickets begin at $74.95/person for our local delivery area (Los Angeles/Orange Counties). Add our beverage pairing option of three, 3 oz. wine (or mocktails) for only $20 more per ticket. Nationwide shipping also available!

Menus

Omnitarian®

1 - Chakalaka with Biltong, classic South African dish made with ribbons mixed with pulses and dried meat

2 - Organic chicken parmesan w/ cinnamon Bechamel, basil marinara and five cheese blend

3 - Barramundi Rooibos Macadamia, Barramundi filets crusted with Macadamia nuts and sauced with Rooibos reduction w/ ginger cilantro asparagus

4- Duck Bobotie - South African meat pie made with duck, mango and Sultanas

5 - Creme de Pap (creamy maize with spiced San Marzano compote)

Vegetarian

1 - Chakalaka, classic South African dish made with ribbons mixed with pulses

2 - Vegan "chicken" parmesan w/ cinnamon Bechamel, basil marinara and five cheese blend

3 - Tofu fillets marinated in seaweed and miso crusted with macadamia nuts and sauced with Rooibos reduction w/ ginger cilantro asparagus

4- Impossible Bobotie, South African "meat" pie made with Impossible meat mango and Sultanas

5 - Creme de Pap (creamy maize with spiced San Marzano compote)

Layered sponge cake with raspberry jam covered in chocolate and coconut

2- Pavlova

Sweet meringue with berry compote

3 - South African Milk Tart

Boeber, sweet vanilla custard tart with a vermicelli and rose water sauce

Bread pudding with apricot accompanied with charred banana and Amarula
