About the Event

We're showcasing the cuisines of Spain & Israel with an unforgettable menu and unique culinary event. 

Take a trip to the most delectable and distinctive destinations of the world through your sense of taste, sight & smell! Although we may not be able to physically travel to these exciting vacation havens right now, we want to transport you with an unforgettable experience including food and wine to the most alluring places in the world.

We will create an experience to remember over the course of the time we spend together by combining our collective experience with you. Select between our Omnitarian® or Vegetarian tasting menus.

Tasting kits will be delivered to your door the morning of April 30th . Tickets begin at $74.95/person for our local delivery area (Los Angeles/Orange Counties). Add our beverage pairing option of three, 3 oz. wine (or mocktails) for only $20 more per ticket. Nationwide shipping also available!

Omnitarian®

1- Sabich: Aubergine, Hard Boiled Egg, Tahini, Tomato Salad with Spicy Mango Yoghurt Dressing

2 - Spring Vegetable Gallette de Rois, asparagus, summer squash and red bell pepper with a mix of feta and farmers cheese

3 - Squid ink fideua valenciana. Squid ink pasta paella with king prawns, gafilte fish  and spanish chorizo

4 - "Solomillo" in Boletus and Port Sauce. Filet mignon with chanterelle mushroom sauce accompanied by apple and shaved brussels sprouts.

5 - Sweet Potato and Kale Latkes with Green Goddess Dressing and Whipped Goat Cheese

6 - Sweet Lime Crepe

7 - Basque Cheesecake

8 - Chocolate Churro Rice Pudding with "White Negev Sand"

9 - Currant Pistachio Halvah
